Monday Dinner at Hemlock. Diego Moya is helping us hide a restaurant in a restaurant by putting together a 7-course tasting menu at the counter only with wine pairings by Zach LIgas. The menu is centered around using three ingredients throughout the night as a through line; Diego is taking the Three Sisters companion planting method ingredients (corn, beans, and squash) and making some kinda magic.
